Vines are planted using the trained in wires system. Harvest is done manually, by hand in small boxes. Grapes are then download to a selection table. The winery is fully equipped with the most modern technology for the production of Chinchilla wine: Chinchilla Clásico, Chinchilla Cabernet Sauvignon and Chinchilla Merlot. Winery Visits: The winery can be visited by appointment. They have a nice space to organize meals, wine tasting, product presentations and similar activities WINE TASTING COURSES The winery organizes wine tasting courses. The
winery Taller Bodega Doña Felisa was inaugurated
in 2004. They just presented their first wine in
spring 2006, Chinchilla Cabernet Sauvignon 2004,
which is becoming a great success in all levels,
professional wine tasting, sales, etc. The winery
is chateaux style, it is surrounded by vineyards
and it is also the family home.
