This bed and breakfast style lodging, WINE SPA LAVIDA is an innovative and unique project in Ribera del Duero. It is a place to find quietness, wellness and peace through wine-therapy. The hotel has comfortable rooms, an excellent restaurant, wine tasting and meeting facilities; with Feng-Shui based design.
LAVIDA has 12 elegant comfortable and spacious double rooms, 4 suites and 1 junior suite, each with bathroom with rural views, hair drying, "minibar", TV, heating, air conditioning system and telephone, 7 extra beds and a few baby cots.
LAVIDA VINO-SPA has also an "individual treatment area" including Cabins for massages, bathtub with the highest technology, Vichy Shower and Water Jets.
It can also be enjoyed a "water wellness area including swimming pool with water jets, turkish bath, misty shower and relaxation area, where invigorating drinks are served.
THE IDEA
The basic planning for the construction of LAVIDA RURAL TOURISM CENTER - VINO-SPA OENOTOURISM - RESTAURANT GUYOT (4forks) was carried out in 2003 - 2004.
LAVIDA is constructed as a cloister around a small central patio, and also comprises: meeting room, social room, wine testing room and a rehabilitated XVIII century winepress room to be used as a lounge.
It also has a restaurant with an adobe oven, constructed in the traditional way, for roasting.
Today, in different times, wine becomes health; going to the deepest of the grape we take out its therapeutic extracts to give us life. LAVIDA has been planned, designed, constructed and decorated according to Meta-Architecture, Geo-Biology and FENG SHUI (air - water) principles. This is an artistic and scientific, but above all a human approach to create a harmonious and wellness environment with a great respect for nature.
It is also equipped to employ renewable energy for ACS (thermal) and for electric power (photovoltaic).
LAVIDA is integrated in the SLOW FOOD movement, which, at the world level, follows the philosophy of deceleration, a love for the slow, the small and the local. 
When man and nature are in union LAVIDA flows. Massages, body masks and baths using the essential oils extracted from the grape, penetrate the body, bringing therapeutic and beneficial effects of oxygenation, of improved blood circulation, of draining and of regeneration, transforming LAVIDA in equilibrium and harmony.
Wine therapies through its different forms of application, by means of essential oils extracted from the seed and skin of the grape and also by means of the polyphenols of the red wine, molecules with a capacity to fix themselves to the free radicals and neutralize oxidation, prevent aging and reinforce cellular renovation.
LAVIDA VINO-SPA comprises a water wellness area (zona hidrolúdica) including swimming pool with water jets and waterfall, hamman or turkish bath, misty shower and relaxation area in which invigorating drinks can be enjoyed.
LAVIDA VINO-SPA has also an individual treatment area including Massage Cabins, Wine- therapy bathtub with the highest technology, Vichy Shower and Water Jet. The following wine therapy services are offered:
