guides support the cuisine quality of this restaurant in Ronda.

new wine Pasos Largos 2002. Tragabuches and Pasos Largos are nicknames
of two old bandits in the mountain of Serranía de Ronda.
Tragabuches
is a bold challenge of the Andalusian cuisine, it is defined as
a contrast cuisine and commits itself to combine flavours of opposite
characteristics with the intention of offering the guests new
and exciting sensations. Its modern kitchen relies on a young
team managed by Daniel García. He puts into effect contemporary
techniques and methods in the elaboration using products from
this zone and from other parts of Spain using original formulas
in their preparation. At this moment, Tragabuches is representing
the avant-garde in the culinary world and has been awarded, amongst
other first class gastronomic awards, with a star in the Michelín
guide.
The
exceptional cuisine is accompanied by a large wine list, very
good service and a warm and pleasant decoration.
Although
the restaurant is worth the visit just by itself, if you also
