VINTAGE SPAIN NEWSLETTER. Wine tasting tours in Spain |
|
|
This time we
want to recommend something different, rural
lodgings that are wine oriented,
ideal for people traveling on a budget. In
Spain we have the concept of casas
rurales or rural
houses. These are small establishments
located in small towns that are not recognized
as hotels. Something like a bed and breakfast
or a country inn. The ones we present here
are located in wine towns and they are specially
nice and comfortable. Although they do not
have all the amenities of a hotel, they have
a special charm and they give you an opportunity
to have a different experience in your trip
to Spain.
This
month our featured top tour
is the one day tour from Madrid to
Ribera del Duero.
We
know and like the places and establishments
we recommend, this is why we can talk about
them and also why we would appreciate very
much your opinion about them. They are all
very open and friendly with wine lovers and
most are out of the tourist track. |
