harvest has been difficult because of weather
conditions, with wineries working extra hard
to get the level of wine excellence they want.
But now the hardest work is almost over and
it is a great time for visits. Wineries are
not as busy and you can get the feeling of
the wine making process tasting the wine in
its different states, and experiencing the
aromas of fermentation.
For
independent travelers we suggest Semi-Guided
Gourmet Wine Tours. You can rent
a car (driving is not difficult in Spain)
and we plan the trip for you. We provide
local transport and a guide for the wine tours,
since we don't encourage drinking and driving.

This month

golf hotel in the middle of wine
country of Penedés,
Barcelo Montserrat.

directions and suggestions to enjoy your
Spanish Wine Experience. You can also include
other activities like commented wine tasting,
cooking classes, golf, bicycling, horse
riding or hiking. These tours can start
