WINE
AND YOGA and WINE HOTELS Fall
is the most exciting time in wine regions,
harvest has already started and will be going
on until the end of October. This is a great
time to do any activity related with wine.
Vineyards are beautiful with all the different
colors, red, green and yellow, and landscape
is magnificent
We
suggest two ideas for a different wine vacation.
Combine wine with yoga and the Harvest Festival
in Logroño in our Wine,

the harvest first hand with our private
harvest experiences. The weather

YOGA and SAN MATEO FESTIVAL - RIOJA TOUR.

Special
tour to enjoy Wine, Yoga and the harvest
festival of San Mateo. The first day you
will enjoy the harvest Festival in Logroño,
capital of Rioja. The second day
will be dedicated to yoga and wine, two
ancient pleasures that compliment each other
perfectly.
In
the morning you
will do a yoga session in the winery Castillo
de Cuzcurrita located in a XV century
castle, either in the garden or in the tower,
depending on the weather. After your body
and your mind are relaxed and energized,
you will visit the winery and enjoy a wine
tasting. Lunch will be traditional food
in a restaurant in the mountain of Sierra
Cantabria, and the day will continue with
the visit of an artisan winery with underground
caves and the medieval village of Laguardia.

is in Logoño, where you could explore
its great restaurants and all the tapas
bars in Laurel Street. 3

HARVEST
EXPERIENCE
We
invite you to experience the harvest with
us. From now until the end of October we
can organize a day of harvest in Rioja where,
accompanied by an expert, you will pick
up the grapes by hand. After this, following
the old traditional method, you will step
on the grapes to obtain the must. A winery
visit to learn all the aspects of the wine
making process will be followed by a typical
Riojan lunch. This activity can be organized
for groups of any size and can be integrated

FEATURED
CELLAR |
|
The
historical Cellar Don Carlos from
XV century, is an underground cellar
located in the center of Aranda
de Duero. They offer guided visits
where they explain everything about
these type of cellars. It is also
a wine shop, with a large selection
of Ribera del Duero Wines. They
also offer commented wine tasting.
The cellar can be used as a tasting
room and it has a small museum.
