VINTAGE SPAIN NEWSLETTER. Wine tasting tours in Spain |
|
|
New
year in wine tourism ...
This
year we are starting with very good perspectives
for wine tourism. Spain is becoming a very
popular destination and Spanish wines are
getting a well deserved recognition outside
our country. THANKS to everybody who
came to Spain! We hope to welcome
more people.
We
have decided to focus more on customized private
tours and have less scheduled tours, although
we still have our Classical
Wines in Rioja and Ribera del Duero
in June. All tours are available upon
request, you can check our web
page.
We
feature Matarromera,
a famous winery in Ribera with lodging and
a restaurant, and a great hotel in Rioja,
Hotel Villa de Laguardia.
Donna
from NYC sent us her wonderful feedback
on the Classical Wines tour we
did together last year, the same one we offer
now in June.

FEATURED TOUR |
| June
14- 17. CLASSICAL WINES - Rioja and Ribera
del Duero. From
Madrid
Pedro
and some friends who enjoyed their trip,
and sent us their picture in front of Ysios
This
tour is perfect for people who want to experience
Spanish wine and Spanish culture. It includes
visits to wineries in the two most important
regions for Spanish wines: Ribera del Duero
and Rioja. The tour will also take you through
the history and art of Spain, including
monasteries, cathedrals and historical sites
that will be visited and admired.
Spend
four days and three nights to immerse into
the Spanish culture, wine and gastronomy,
stay in small towns home of winemakers,
and eat with the locals, in the typical
places not frequented by tourist and in
the very good places, popular with everybody.
And, of course, enjoy the best wines of
Spain, comparing such different regions
as the modernity and innovation of Ribera
del Duero with the tradition of Rioja.
This
tour can be specially designed for corporate
events.

HOTEL |
HOTEL
VILLA DE LAGUARDIA-
(Rioja)
One
of the few four star hotels in the
area of Rioja Alta. Located in the
heart of Rioja Alavesa, in the medieval
town of Laguardia, it is a wonderful
place that combines all the elements
that make a great hotel: quality,
comfort, good service and charm.
A place to enjoy Rioja, even in
the winter.
