a recognized expert in Spanish wine.
We recommend three
wineries belonging to the Codorniu:
Legaris, modernity in Ribera
del Duero; Bodegas Bilbaínas,
a historical of Rioja; and of course, Cavas
Codorníu in Penedés.
Codorniu has always opened their wineries
for visits. And Hotel
Ribera del Duero in Peñafiel.

August 30- September 2. CLASSICAL WINES
- Rioja and Ribera del Duero. From

 This
tour is perfect for people who want to experience
Spanish wine and Spanish culture. It includes
visits to wineries in the two most important
regions for Spanish wines: Ribera del Duero
and Rioja.The tour will also take you through
the history and art of Spain, from the 2000
year old Roman Aqueduct in Segovia to the
new Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, including
monasteries, cathedrals and historical sites
that will be visited and admired.
Short
and sweet, spend four days and three nights
to immerse into the Spanish culture, wine
and gastronomy, stay in small towns home
of winemakers, and eat with the locals,

D.O. Ribera del Duero
It
is the new Codorniu winery in Ribera
de Duero. Uses modern architecture
with a design that facilitates working
in the winery. They also produce
modern wines with a different touch.
The winery, their excellent wines
and most of all, the kindness of
their people make for a very interesting

BODEGAS BILBAINAS.
D.O.C. Rioja
One
of the oldest bottling company of
the Denomination of Origin Qualified
Rioja. Next to the winery it is
the vineyard Viña Pomal that
was bought and planted in 1908.
From these vines they make the wine
Viña Pomal since 1911. They
have over 1000 m. of caves made
in stone. The visit is one of the
nicest in Rioja. More

CODORNIU.
D.O. Penedés
Codorniu
is one of the largest historical
cavas in Penedés. Located
in a wonderful modernist building,
it offers the opportunity of visiting
one of the most impressive winery
in Spain. They have a long tradition
