Cooking Classes In Madrid

We offer different options for your cooking classes in Madrid, depending both on your taste and your budget. The classes are approximately 3 hours long, including the preparation of the meal and the eating (dinner or lunch) paired with wine.
Classes can be organized for dinner or lunch. The classes also include the recipes.

All menus can be adapted to vegetarians or vegans or people with dietary restrictions upon request.

Prices depend on the type of class as follows.
Prices given include the cooking class, meal with wine recipes and taxes.
Prices of the cooking classes do not include transport or an escort to the cooking venue. Directions will be provided.

We can also provide these services upon request. If you are a group and you have a budget please let us know.


CLASS 1: PRIVATE COOKING CLASS AT A COOKING SCHOOL
Get to know Spanish cuisine from the inside out and take home a unique memento: the secret of Spain’s flagship dishes. In our cooking school located in a local food market, the student will learn from our chef how to choose the right products at the market and will teach them to cook by themselves the best Spanish omelet and paella they will ever try on their trip. Also a seasonal entreé and a desert.
A relaxed lunch will follow with the cooked dishes paired with local wines. Classes are fun, relaxed and participative. Small groups only. Local chef. The menu can be changed according with your preferences, for example tapas, rice, etc.

Duration: Around 3h hours long
Includes: Cooking class, lunch or dinner with 2 different wines wine, recipes. Does not include transportation.
Maximum: 15 people


CLASS 2: PRIVATE COOKING CLASS IN THE HOUSE OF A CHEF AND WINE PAIRING
At her house in Madrid, our world renamed chef will teach you the secrets of cooking. The classes are all hands on and include dinner at the house with wine pairing. You can create the menu for you, but usually it will be Spanish creative cuisine.


CLASS 3: NON PRIVATE TRADITIONAL SPANISH COOKING CLASS IN A COOKING SCHOOL
Traditional Spanish cuisine class given at a charming cooking workshop located in a central market. The participants will learn interactively to prepare Spain’s flagship dishes, such as paella, tortilla, and sometimes sangria, after a guided walk around the market. Afterwards lunch will take place with the already prepared dishes and paired with wine.
